I came here for my vehicle’s annual safety inspection because my hubby said they’re quick and always have availability. Sure enough, I called and the very next day I was able to get it done! Not only that but, it was done within 5 minutes! I stayed in the lobby area and it was super clean with plush chairs. The workers were friendly and efficient. Overall, I’ll be coming here for my safety checks from now on!

Hands down the best safety check experience I've had. Midas Pearl City makes it easy to schedule ahead, and the service is incredibly fast—I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The staff is friendly, and the relaxing waiting room was complete with AC, TV, coffee, and clean restrooms. Excellent service! Midas Pearl City is definitely my go-to spot!

Whenever I take my vehicle for service the staff is always professional and polite. They explain everything they’re doing before they do it. I never feel obligated to get a service they recommend. This instance I went in for an oil change, vehicle inspection, and to get my A/C checked. Oil change completed, inspection completed, then the tech explained to me what was going on with my A/C, gave me the quote and said would you like to proceed. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure. I’m highly satisfied with the service.

Came in for a safety check and it was much quicker than I had anticipated. I was prepared to wait for two hours, but everything was completed in less than half an hour. The associates were friendly and courteous, and the waiting room was clean and welcoming. The coffee looked nice, although I didn’t end up taking advantage of it. The service bay where the cars are worked on was neat, clean, and well organized. Thank you to the Midas crew for the quick and friendly service!
